Each artwork is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery and receipt. Shipping and packaging costs are charged at actuals and will vary based on the artwork’s size and weight. We provide detailed shipping costs details to our clients post confirmation of the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including international cards, as well as UPI for a smooth & secure transaction.

For any order-related enquiries, including damage, incorrect items or delays, please contact us at ask@artenblu.in within 24 hrs of delivery. Kindly include photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect work, as well as the packaging it arrived in. We further recommend recording an unedited unboxing video for reference, if possible.
